Surveillance Device

If you ignore all the warning signs and try to make a mad dash for the mothership, the surveillance device shown in this photo taken by Chris Barrus will immediately let the security thugs know you're on the way. The device overlooks the point where Groom Lake Road enters the Restricted Area. It is located on the north side of Groom Lake Road approximately 100 yards from the shoulder of the road.
